DeCarlo’s Banquet and Convention Center offers several options for corporate event menus. If all you need is a comfortable, but sophisticated meeting space, you have the option of just renting the appropriately sized room. On the other hand, if you wish to provide light hors d’oeuvres, a full meal, or a beverage service, we can easily oblige. Just let us know your preferences, and our expert staff will take care of the rest.
(A room rental will apply to functions where no full meal service is selected.)
Main Floor Rooms
Venetian Room, Riviera Room, Morocco Room - Each is appx. 5,000 sq. feet (48 X 112) and can be combined with each other to create a larger room. Individually, each is best suited for events with 175-320 persons in attendance. Mon-Thurs - $550 per room or Fri-Sun - $850 per room
Upper Floor Rooms
Eldorado or Cordoba - Each is appx. 3,000 sq feet and is best suited for events with 85-180 persons in attendance. Mon-Thurs - $410 per room or Fri-Sun - $600 per room
Fiesta - Appx. 1,400 sq feet and is best suited for events with 50-85 persons in attendance. $350 any day
Sierra - Appx. 950 sq feet and is best suited for events with less than 60 persons in attendance. $290 any day
The above rates are for 4 to 5 hour time blocks. The rooms are not available for rent after 4 pm on Saturdays. The above amounts are the required deposit to hold the room(s). In case of cancellation, all deposits or advance payments are non-refundable. All prices are subject to a 6% sales tax and 20% service charge. Michigan Liquor Control rules that no alcoholic beverages are to be brought into or taken off the premises.
