Your package includes regular set up, round tables with white linen tablecloths, your choice of colored linen napkins in house (18 to choose from), bud vases, and clean up. A room rental will apply when the hall minimums are not met.
Venetian Room, Riviera Room, Morocco Room - each has a capacity of 320 guests (less if a head table, dessert table, cake table are set up). These three rooms can be combined to make a larger room.
Minimum guarantee number of guests for each room on the main floor is 160 on Saturday evening and 160 any other day and during the day on Saturday. Minimum guarantee for two rooms is 320+ guests. Minimum guarantee for three rooms is 525+ guests.
Friday and Saturday events in the main floor rooms require a $500 deposit, other days $300. This is applied to your balance.
Minimum guarantee number of guests is 35 (any time, any day). There is a $300 deposit required which is applied to your balance.
Weddings and Banquets held on Fri/Sat/Sun must submit an additional $1,000 deposit 90 days before the event. All functions are to be paid in full 14 days before the event. (No personal checks accepted for final payments.)

Michigan Liquor Control rules - No alcoholic beverages to be brought into or taken out of premises. No alcohol served to those under 21 years of age.
