DeCarlo's houses seven beautifully renovated rooms on two levels (with elevator accessibility) that can accommodate anywhere from 35 - 1425 people. Chef John Paul has been with the facility for 40 years. He studied at the Macomb Community College's Culinary School under the tutelage of Chef Schneider. John Paul has participated in various offsite gourmet dinner presentations, strolling tastefests, and voluntarily cooks for the Cub Scouts Summer Camps.
