DeCarlo's is one of the finest full catering banquet and convention centers in Southeast Michigan. This is a family owned and operated business that was established in 1969. DeCarlo's houses seven beautifully renovated rooms on two levels (with elevator accessibility) that can accommodate anywhere from 35 - 1425 people. Chef John Paul

Chef John Paul has been with the facility for 40 years. He studied at the Macomb Community College's Culinary School under the tutelage of Chef Schneider. John Paul has participated in various offsite gourmet dinner presentations, strolling tastefests, and voluntarily cooks for the Cub Scouts Summer Camps.

"I have been coming here for the past 3 years to celebrate New Year’s, and have attended a graduation and wedding here. The staff here is extremely friendly. They go out of their way to make sure their guests have a wonderful evening. I always have a great time and wouldn't think of having an event anywhere else!"
